Bio

Ash Bayer, M.Ed., LPC, NCC, received their Master’s of Clinical Mental Health from the University of New Orleans. Their training and experience in western herbalism and conflict mediation informs their commitment to holistic and restorative practices. Influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Gestalt theory, they believe authenticity, empathy, and meaningful relationships can be sources of growth, empowerment, and healing. Their areas of interest include trauma, depression, relational issues, conflict, anxiety, grief, and developing one’s sense of identity and values.
